The most recent forecast from the local weather hacks calls for light to moderate rain, .5"-1.5".
They can't say when it will arrive but most are hinting that it will be in the afternoon. We'll see how it affects this weekend's Cup race. I'm bringing the pop-up so it doesn't affect our tailgating

Yes we'll be there Saturday and Sunday (and maybe Monday ). We have parking passes for the green section, near the turn 4 side of the track. We'll have BBQ, beverages and snackables. What section will you be parked in? They're also running the Metro this year, I think.

Saturdays are so great at Fontana! There is freedom to go anywhere.

I normally will start the day at the Turn 4 end of the track and move towards the Turn 1 end of the track as the day progresses. That way, I am close to the parking lot when the festivities end.

We're sitting in Sect. 38 a little above halfway up. About halfway between the entrance to pit road and the start/finish line.

I will be at home on Sunday but I still hope the rain holds out till after the race. BUT, if the threat is there, we could see a really exciting 202 mile dash to the checkers!

My fingers are crossed for no rain Sunday but, the forecast for Monday is sunny and 58. If the race goes Monday I'll be there
