KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Haas CNC Racing has prevailed in its legal face-off with driver Jason leffler and will have newcomer Blake Feese in its No. 00 Chevrolet for Saturday's NASCAR Busch Series race at Kansas Speedway.

Looser

That is not fair at all. They are 3rd in points, and they just want to put some young hotshot in there because he did well in ARCA. I hope Leffler gets a better ride.

Leffler is a good driver. Someone should be glad to give him a ride.

This new guy, Blake, I don't know him. Is his last name pronounced <Fee Cees>?

No, bp. It's like fleece, without the L. :p

That's sad .... Jason will come out on top in the end. ^_^

Blake Feece is a very good talent, I can't blame him for takling an offered ride. They said he and Jason are good friends and have talked. This deal isn't between the 2 drivers as it is the team owner and Jason.
I suspect Jason is on Gibbs short list for the 11 car next year and maybe this pissed Haas off. Maybe he wanted to keep him for a backup talent for the "0" car.
