clint boywer is a local racer here in KC and he was the midwest champ in the weekly dodge series last season. He even turned richard childress head, now he is the driver of the #21 busch car when kevin harvick is not driving it. His debut will be in texas, I saw him race a late model at I-70 speedway and he dominated that race. Hopefully he does good.
