Logano in the Showdown

Sorry I like Logano but I've got to throw out my :bsflag: on this.

I don't think Sprint Cup drivers should be allowed to race in this event. This is about the regional drivers, not the Cuppers. It's bad enough the Sprint Cup teams and drivers have completely ruined the Nationwide Series... now they're boiling over the regional divisions, Trucks and ARCA. :mad:
 
He's not a full-fledged Cup guy yet.

Unfortunately in racing, all you need is a legal car, pay the entry fee, and be qualified to drive to race in any division you want to.
 
Give the dude atleast one chance to defend his title. He has some real good competition with kolbyluck and ickler both being on their game.. I didnt hear if Auston Dillon was going to be there but i would assume he is. And I sound stupid but i cant remember the guys name that replaced ickler in the napa car our west this year, but i know he can wheel a car too. Its gonna be a great race I am excited for it.

I thought you had to be invited to run the Showdown.

See they never make that quite clear.......first they say its the best. then they said atleast for the late models that anybody who ran a weekly schedule at a nascar sanctioned track (Dirt Included) was eligible to run at the showdown. I think they would have a hard time turning down the entry fee of teams that are looking to enter.
