looking for tach,speedometers, electric start

does anyone know were i can get any of there things

i want a tach and speedometer like they use in nascar with the tach. the whitle platting behind and everything and also get one just like it but with it being a speedometer.

And a DEI Electric Ignition If u can find one

I don't believe I've ever seen a speedometer like the tachometers used in racing. Those units record the engine speed during a run and, with the push of a button will play back exactly whatever the engine turned during that particular run.

As for the ignition system, check out MSD ignitions. They are what most all of the teams are running. NASCAR has gotten pretty tight with what they allow for systems since all the talk of traction control being used.

You might try checking out companies like Rebco, Quickcar or Longacre for both items.

A subscription to Stockcar Racing Magazine or Speedway Illustrated would also give you a wealth of information as to what is currently being used as well as what's new on the market. My personal choice is Speedway Illustrated, but both magazines are well worth the price of a subscription.
