Love for the horse

Well does anyone out there like horses? I LOVE them, I have 1 of my own Abigail and 3 that are my mothers but basicly mine(3 of them). I have been riding all my life and I will NEVER get out of it, nothing can get me away from my horses (well...maybe if I could meet a certain someone jr, hehe) There prob. isnt many people out there into it, but hey it's so much fun.

I am a lifetime member of AQHA. It has been about 5 years since I sold my last horse. I still have my saddle, and hope to have one again. Do you compete in anything or just ride? I did some team penning that was real fun.

My mom has a QH appendix broodmare she breeds. We bred her to Huntin For Chocolate about 2 years ago and got a beautiful colt(gelding now). And he's gonna be sold in about a year. Then were going back to HFC and try to get a filly, mom prefers fillies. But she's gonna get out of breeding QH's and get into breeding Thoroghbreds since Im getting into that.

I use to show hunter/jumpers about a year or two ago. I quit because of some conflict then got into western. Im not that comftorble in a western saddle so I still yet to show and most likely never will in western. My mom use to show at AQHA shows and did pretty well. Ive gone to a couple of QH shows but never really got the feel for them. But Im hoping to get back into hunters and show again in that, if not hunter/jumpers then atleast some at some paint shows (since my instructor shows paints) and or some QH shows.

I'd like to try reigning, Ive rode my instructors reigning stallion and really enjoyed it.
