Major Shakeup could be coming at Gillett Evernham Motorsports

There could be a major shakeup in the works at Gillett Evernham Motorsports.

The organization, which recently had George Gillett buy half the team from founder Ray Evernham, has been suffering from poor performance in 2007. Sources inside the group said Wednesday that the partners might shuffle the teams and drivers in an attempt to spark a competitive fire.

There is also some speculation that the organization is looking to pare down from its current three Cup teams to two leaving one unnamed driver seeking employment elsewhere.

Well it won't be Kahne. As to Sadler or Riggs would it really matter. Neither has done squat. Dump both and start over.

It amazes me how they were so good last year with Kahne, this season they can't even get in the top 10 for a finish. Something needs to be done or ray is going to lose Kasey.

It's funny that they can qualify good, but the end results are terrible. And it isn't just one team but all of them seem to go backwards at the same time. They just haven't gotten it figured out this year.
