That looks like my Ernie. 
He does sleep on his back all the time, but we don't allow him to smoke in the house.
I'm spending the weekend at Myrtle Beach, typing at this moment from Compas Cove on the beach. Going to see the Oak Ridge Boys tonight at the Alabama Theater. Having a great time watch people (ladies) while the wife does her shopping. Can't believe that it's in the later part of October with the temps being what they are. But it makes the people watching much better.
