He said on Speed Channel tonight he was planning to run trucks in 2006. With Sprague, Skinner, Hornady and Martin back in trucks that should be an exciting series. :bounce: :bounce:

Yes it should...would be a good match for Mark. BTW< He has one truck series win from a few years ago.

I looked it up so you woudnt have to. ;)

The CTS would become almost more popular than the Busch races.

It already has better racing.
Better than the Busch series.
Better than the Nextel series.

Every driver from either of the two higher(?) series seem to share the same thought after participating in a truck race. It is more fun, has a relaxed atmosphere and offers good hard competition.

Very few "pissy" battles erupt in the truck series. They are replaced by good hard door to door racing. (Tony Stewrat should take a lesson from this series and the deportment of the participants)
Wonder how long it will be before this series gets pushed into a sterile, pressure filled environ like NNCS ?? Once it does, and it will, the seies will no longer be fun.

That's just the pessimist in me. :D

"Wonder how long it will be before this series gets pushed into a sterile, pressure filled environ like NNCS ??"

Maybe until we see Mark Martin win in the series, spin his truck thru the grass, jump out in victory lane and holler and cuss like a rejected cast member of the Rocky Horror Picture Show? :p

Apology to Tony Stewart fans or others who noted the typing error which resulted in the mis-spelling of Tony Stewart's last name in my previous post. It was unintentional.

The opinion behind the use of Tony Stewart's name stands as posted.
Consider the mis-spelling of the name Tony Stewart, corrected. :D

So 97forever, obviously I'm pretty new here so if this has been asked before, please forgive me. Are you a Kurt Busch fan or Red Farmer, or both?

Just curious.

Ahh. Good to know.

This is a pretty cool forum, albeit, a little hard on the #8 fans. :D
I work two weekends a month and they can be pretty boring, (12 hour shifts). Nice to find a forum that gets more than .4 posts/day.

Ahh, we love our JR-ites around here. (Well...maybe not 'love' but you get the point.)

Welcome aboard by the way. I dropped you a PM just now, btw.
