I suspect this one could get pretty wild with some bad blood, close chase and the COT.

to state the obvious...

up high or not, I can't imagine facing backwards watching all those cars come towards me. yikes!

ABC is awful. :(

It took me an hour and a half to find an FM station that covers NASCAR here. WFLS does, can't get it in the Dorf.

I see ABC's had a camera stuck on the 8 car all race long so far.

1 lead change on track.

What a boring race.

Sounds exciting on MRN, really boring on ABC.

Wish ABC would follow MRN's lead and show where the racing is and not the same 2 frickin cars. Oh, did anyone else hear Punch say this is one of the most exciting tracks on the circuit on the top of the show? (YAWN)

Waltrip

in the wall. Took forever for ESPN on ABC to show that. The demonstrations of where a tire sits on the racecar was so important.

 JUNYER TOOK A G.D. CHEAP SHOT!

Is he (Junyer) having brake problems?!

CAUTION

David Stremee with 88 to go. Man, this is going to get interesting.

One big questions remains.

Will Newman punt him out of the way?

I vote yes.

wow! I know they wanted a race to the finish but NASCAR took a long time to throw the caution with the 6 sittng sideways!

Electronic Scoring?

First they listed Kyle Busch third and JG fourth. Two minutes later JG was third and Kyle was fourth.

Seems they went back and looked at the tape and when the caution was thrown and changed the positions. I know it looked to me like Kyle got in front of Jeff before, but people who use pass track always say when there's a caution before it shows up on the TV.

Anyone see the post race coverage on Speeds victory lane. they showed a clip of Yocum about to interview kenseth 15 minutes after the race. Carl Edwards stepped right in and got into Kenseth's face. they had the sound cut off during the replay but you could tell it was heated. at the end it shows Carl with his right arm up and about to punch out Kenseth but he backed off and walked away. they never showed the interview if there even was one.

Seems like NASCRAP wants Crash Gordon to win the cup.

The 99 and 17 had a problem? I would have never known because all they showed all race were the top 3 guys. Damn the coverage was bad. There was probably some good racing going on behind Gordon and Johnson but we will never know about it.

Mr do nothing wrong Jeff Gordon went up Newman and had some words too.

I think the conversation went something like this.....uuummmmm Ryan...you know i'm Jeff Gordon and knowbody can race me hard like you did. SO Ryan...never touch my bumper and never run me up the track..ONLY I can do that.

I didn't see that.

Wait, let me guess, ESPN missed that.

You were too high strung and pissed by the end of the race to even notice it.:p

I watched all 5 minutes of their postrace coverage. When it ended, I flipped to CNN for their documentaries, because, I'm sure a 10-year old murder out in the middle of nowhere is so much more important than the millions of people in the path of these fires.
