But if I order something and they take my money then say they don't have it and I refuse a substitution I want my money back.

But have you tried the Asian Chicken nuggets at Wendy's? They are the bomb. I often have them and a garden salad with a diet coke for lunch.
Oh, and Asian chickens appear to have bigger nuggets than the American chicken nuggets that McD's sells. Talk about a reversal in the animal world...

The fact that McNuggets are just nasty is totally beside the point.
This was simply not an emergency. The fact that she is going on camera insisting that she did nothing wrong clearly shows the depth of her ignorance and lack of respect for anyone else. What if somebody else had an actual emergency and couldn't get through for help because of this crap? I have a feeling that she would still be convinced that she did nothing wrong.
What a waste of oxygen.
