Mears' top-10 casts light on marked turnaround

I predicted before Daytona that Casey would have a good year, I think Chip Ganassi will eat him for lunch if he keeps wrecking cars this year, does anybody know when his contract is up with Ganassi?
 
end of 2004 casey knows he needs to step it up this year, and he is!
 
Good for Casey, he's now in the top 10 in points, hopefully he can wind up in victory lane once or twice before the year is over. Something finally lit the fire beneath that boy's bumper. Chip Gannassi sure has an entire gold mines worth of talent in McMurray and Mears.

Just added him to my fantasy team, this should be A good year for ole chip
 
Also, Mears had the fifth fastest practice time during Saturday's first practice, it'll be interesting to see what the team can do come Sunday. If they can stay out of trouble, then they'll definitely be a team to watch.
