OK here is my favorite:

Cut up you pork/babyback ribs as desired. Get out your crock pot and fill it halfway with apple juice (yes, apple juice). Slow cook ribs on low for about 2 hours (should be cooked by then but not falling off the bone) . Pat ribs dry with paper towel and apply your favorite BBQ sauce (I recommend one with some brown sugar in it) and let them sit for an hour or so to absorb flavor. Finish on the grill.

You will be declared the RibMaster! Best ribs I've ever had. :)

I dry rub my pork ribs with a special blend that contains some brown sugar, then I wrap them tightly in three layers of foil and bake them for two hours at 250 degrees. Next I take them out of the oven, remove the foil, brush with BBQ sauce and cook indirectly in my Weber smoker with mesquite chips. The meat falls off the bone.
I will be cooking two racks later today. Potato salad, corn on the cob and Bush's beans :)

Well I put the 9 lbs pork butt on the smoker last night. Pulled it off this afternoon. It's been resting in the cooler and just about time to start pulling.

Homemade french fries are soaking.

Baked beans are in the oven.

Texas toast is ready for the griddle.

Soaking in water to pull some of the starch out.

9 a good size have some leftovers

My vote goes to drunk chicken, just gotta love how that stuff falls off the bone after begin in the smoker. :D

Tony I'll need to try the apple juice, maybe this week for the Bristol race so when I get there I can just throw on the grill
I cook mine in the crockpot with water and add some pickling spice, then remove them after about 2-3 hours depends on how much you have & coat them in a mixture of brown sugar and dry mustard and put in the fridge over night. then on the grill they go and baste with a Coca-Cola & ketchup mixture or in a bind I use sweet baby rays (always keep a bottle in the house)
