I found this blurb in Winston Cup Scene:
"Where's the best place for single men to meet women? According to Men's Health magazine, it's art museums and NASCAR races.

Pointing out that women make up 40% of NASCAR fans and that more than 150,000 attend the Daytona 500, the magazine concludes, "Do the math:She's out there."

Why are women so attracted to NASCAR?

Well, according to Men's Health "The noise of the race will excite her and raise her testosterone levels." ans according to Al Cooper, PhD, the director of the San Jose Marital Sexuality Center,"An increase in testosterone leads to an increase in the sex drive of both men and women."

Now we know thw origin of the traditional phrase, "Gentlemen, start your engines."


Maybe I should start going to races, trolling for prospective husbands? Any other thoughts?

Soooooooooooooo, I should just play a recorded NASCAR race instead of the roses, dinner, and the other romantic stuff? Maybe I should wear my headphones and scanner.....and nothing else....:D

Let me find the CD of loud car sounds. That's a great idea, obviously a lot cheaper too.
