Hello,

All is as well as can be. Unfortunately my father-in-law suffered a heart attack about two weeks ago. The wife and I went to Florida where he lingered for a few days but was unable to recover. In the haste of leaving on this emergency I failed to take my laptop and had no way to get online while there. The time since has been spent down there taking care of affairs which must be attended to.

We got back late last night after many delays caused by weather along the eastern seaboard. I am now in the process of digging out from under some 10" of snow which fell here yesterday. I am in hopes of getting back online sometime this weekend, depending on how the wife is doing. Needless to say she is taking this well as it was most unexpected.

Tell everyone I will be back on soon and miss them as well.

I am very sorry for his loss.

I am also glad to hear he is well...he had me very, very worried.

Just like Paul, I was getting VERY worried. Just two nights ago I went through some of his last posts to see if I had missed him saying that he wasn't going to be around...

HS, I'm very sorry sorry for the loss that you, your wife and her family have suffered through. I hope that knowing that you're in all of our hearts and prayers can bring you a little peace.
 
Glad to hear HardScramble is alright, his absence did not go unnoticed. Looking forward to his return, but taking care of his family comes first.
