NASCAR doesn't belong on low-banked 1.5, 2 mile tracks.It made for a nice Indy car track, Andy
That's never what stock car racing was intended for.
Still, we already know what would've happened in an IRL race here. Dixon would've led all but 6 laps and won.
Oddly enough, these tracks were built for open wheel anyways. If it's built to host a snoozefest, that's what kind of racing you're gonna get. I bet IRL would be a "good" race at Auto Club Speedway as well.

I would love to see both of them in the top 10 at least. Hoping the new sponsorship helps them out.
Was a pretty good race. Actual RACING was going in mid pack and no complaints over the car. 18 gallon fuel cells + CoT = fuel mileage game.

I don't hate JR at all. I just get sick of the announcers going on and on and on about him all the time. I'm happy for him to finally have that monkey off his back! Good job JR and Tony Jr!!! Way to go!
btw: I haven't seen most of the race yet, so I'll reserve my judgment as to how good it was after I see all of it. The one thing I do know is Jeff is going in the WRONG direction. Geeeeze... doesn't the 24 team know I need major cheering up this year?! Well they should! lol
