That track was a mess, rougher in hell up top and slicker than snot on the bottom.

That was some great footage! Those wingless sprint car are a beast to handle.

It was mentioned in the truck race he was going there to race.
Midget cars are actually a bit smaller than the wingless sprints. Both are awesome to watch though.
I've never personally seen a winged midget race at all, though I know some sort of winged midget cars do exist in Ontario (OSCAAR Midgets?) and New England (NEMA) that only run at asphalt tracks. They may be quite different from the traditional midget cars like they use in USAC/POWRi though, i'm not sure.

Big difference is that wingless sprints are V8's, Midgets are 4 bangers. They sound like a mad bee
