congrads to Mike Walrup............. :beerbang: I was next in line to get his autograph one year but they shut it down cause he had to go to the drivers meeting, I was heartbroken..... :mad:

His team probably is surprised, but he isn't. He always knew that he's God's gift to racing.
 
Congrats to Mikey, It shows me that with the right people he can do very well. I just wonder what JR. thinks. I can't help but wonder what things would be like if Dale SR. were still around.
I am not looking to open up a can of worms with this, I just wonder.

If Dale Sr was still around there would probably have been some changes a couple years ago........and those changes would not include Mikey driving for another team either!! Dale picked Mikey to driver for him for a good reason and he would not dump him until it was very obvious it was a bad pick........and that has not materialized yet!!! The changes would have been internal........but not necessarily firing or switching key people. Probably along the lines of inspiring people to just "get it done".......as only a 7 time Champion can do. :D
 
The two Tony's would've been in the Busch series - where they belong.
