LAUSD reached a $139M settlement in the Miramonte case. 82 children, over 900 photographs.
I'm at a loss as to why people like this are allowed to live after they are discovered.

There is no type of successful reform for these people. They do not deserve food, housing or oxygen. To fund their caged existence is a waste of taxpayer money.
