A stunning picture shows a 10ft predator thrashing about with two massive chunks missing on either side of its body, off the Queensland coast.

Surf's up...
 
Probably a killer whale attack. From that shot the bite marks appear to be consistant with those from a killer whale. They're known to attack sharks, and are much larger than a great white. They're also known to hunt and attack in packs.

They aren't called "wolves of the sea" for nothing.
 
I wonder if they taste as good as 'Chicken of the Sea"?

Which begs the question, have you noticed that tuna fish doesn't taste no where near as good as it used to since they started letting dolphins go.
