July 23, North Wilkesboro Speedway has scheduled open wheel racing with Mopar midgets and USAC Silver Crown cars. I don't know how many of you are familiar with either series but these guys really put on a show.
If any of you remotely like open wheel racing, this should be a good show. North Wilkesboro is paved but my bride and I have seen Silver Crown cars race at Phoenix and they still put on a great program. However, that doesn't erase the thought it might be more fun if it were dirt.
