For example: Stewart was behind David Reutimann for four laps in the early laps of the Michigan race, but said Reutimann raced him for second place like they were coming to the checkered flag.

"It was obvious we were faster than him," Stewart said. "I guess second must have paid something for the first 10 laps if you were running in the top two."

You know Tony, maybe if you raced for every position and raced hard, you might end up back in victory lane.

And the whining about drivers making contact from time to time -- why don't we just take the fenders off the cars, implement rules against blocking and get rid of double file restarts?

Typically, when everyone races with respect, clean and just rides around all race, the fans end up asleep on the recliner.

I remember when Tony Stewart raced hard, ran in to people a lot and pissed off all the veteran drivers.

He was also winning championships.

So....do folks think that being an owner/driver has declawed or domesticated Tony, made him to passive.....?

WOW...

Andy posting about a whiner.

Isn't that an oxymoron?

Tony needs to relax and remember that many drivers were saying the same thing about him in the early 2000's. What goes around, comes around.

Hopefully a win is in his near future so he can go back to focus on racing, instead of worrying about other drivers. Take the owners hat off for once, Tony.

Tought to take that hat off when you have to wear it every day.;)

I think it's funny that he said Reutimann must think 2nd in the first 10 laps pays more, but yet Tonys the one that's crying about not being able to get 2nd.

I think it was the higher powers at NASCRAP.I don't think tony would cut his own balls off.
