Morgan Shepard

It's not against the rules to scuff tires for another team during the race. It is sad to see a guy that would have tried to run the full 500 miles go home (Brett Bodine), and see someone who is just going to park it make the race.

Is the point only teams willing to run the entire five hundred miles be permitted to race, OR, teams that qualify on time. Had the teams qualified on time Bodine would be in the field. Unfortunately, the number four car has used all its' provisionals, Shepard hasn't and how he chooses to run "his" race is a right he earned via the system. Once again proven, provisionals stink!!!!!

Ack, he's in the race again. Let's see if he can break that previous record of laps he ran the entire last season, that record being 4.
