Hope everyone has a great day! It is supposed to be a beautiful day here 75 and sunny. Lots going on as usual.
Tchuess!

59 degrees and sunny with a high of 85. YYYEEEEE--HHHAAAAWWWWWW. Have a great day everyone.

It's a pretty day here in Dover. The calm before the storm, I guess.

Tomorrow should be OK for awhile but the weather should start deteriorating late in the afternoon or evening. Nascar is supposed to make a decision about the racing activities for this weekend by noon on Wednesday.

Stay tuned.

Nice sunny day here in the North Texas area. High today s/b around 88*.

Hey, Guido, stay safe my friend! Please don't be afraid to turn tail and head west if it gets nasty! And, keep us informed as to the weather situation in the Dover area!

Maj, they won't have to tell me twice to leave. :D

I've been through a few hurricanes in my lifetime and I don't need to see another one close up.

I have two shows tomorrow, the second one ending at 3PM. By then, I should have a better idea as to what is going on. If the weekend activities are still a go, I'll move up to my motel in Christiana and ride out the storm there. If everything is cancelled, I'll be out of there in a hurry. Probably head north and west into the mountains of Pa. or WV. until it passes and then go back to Charlotte for a few days before heading to Talladega.

My only concern is that I hope the roads aren't choked with evacuees. I've already filled both of my diesel tanks and I have enough fuel to go 800 miles. But you can't go very far if everyone decides to leave at the same time.

That could certainly present a problem. I have seen so many times when folks wait until the last minute to leave and then the roads are nothing but parking lots. I certainly hope with all of the forwarning and predictions that folks will be a little smarter and move to safer areas long before it is necessary. Again, stay safe! ;)

Maj, the latest report shows the storm going a bit more to the west and the the path would be through the mountains of Pa. and Wv.

Guess I'll have to change my plans. :D

The folks back at the office seem to think that the Pocono area would be a better place to go. I won't really know more until late tonight or early tomorrow.

Good afternoon friends. B) Nice day here in the Buckeye state. :) You all have a great day. :)

Good morning, hope everyone has a fascinating and exciting day.

The Buckeye State? Did I know that? That makes what 3 of us now? :p

Dee, I always play it safe. I didn't live this long by taking too many chances. :D

It was such a beautiful day in Dover today. Hard to believe that everything is going to change so much in less than 48 hours.

You can see why so many folks died years ago when we didn't have so much weather data and forecasting.
