Thought this was an interesting article. Apparently the deep south loves their Toyotas, the plains states are Ford country, the Midwest is all about Chevrolet, and the west likes their Dodges:

Ford: Arkansas, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wyoming

Chevrolet: Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Ohio, West Virginia, Wisconsin

Toyota: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina

I thought Tennessee would be Nissan for sure. Seems like every other car you see here is either an Altima or a Rogue. Probably because they're built in Smyrna and Nissan's North America HQ is in Franklin, neither of which are far from here.
