MWRs Turnaround

Its a shame that mikey is running them, I actually like truex, martin and bowyer but I have a hard time rooting for them since that clown is running the show.

I read that article on Nascar.com this morning and personally I think it's a bit early to proclaim MWR chase contenders just as it's too early to count Gordon out.

However, all of his cars certainly are running strong right now and maybe it has something to do MW being in the booth instead of the pits.

Gotta give Micheal credit. He may be a goof but he's 1000 times more successful than any of us who waste our time posting our meanigless opinions on this little website. He's put the right people in the right places which is the key to the whole thing.

Don't forget that even though it's Mikey's name on the sign he has a very strong and savy business partner he probably has more say than Mikey.

Whatever it takes.

Remind me, who is that smart and savvy business partner?

There is quite an interesting comparison between Michael and Jack Roush . Jack is much more serious and certainly has a ton of credentials , but doesn't seem to be doing as well attracting sponsors.Seems odd.

Waltrip seems to be competitive for much less money than the other teams demand. Richard Childress opened his books to Bowyer and convinced Clint that 5 hour's offer wouldn't pay the bills. All of that is according to Clint. Mike took the same numbers and is making them work. He gets a bit of help from TRD, and perhaps a bit extra from Toyota since they saw their presence in the sport shrinking when they lost Redbull.

I believe yours to be an excellent point. Keep up the good work ;)

Got to be pissing Jack and Richard off. I love it.

But, the numbers didn't work for RICHARD because he's got plans for that car in the future. And he's going to have to make room for one more. Dillion that is.

Are you saying Richard didn't want to sign Bowyer to a 3 year deal? Interesting angle.

Or, lock her in the basement. ;)

Your Dad was obviously more Kirk than Spock. I think they kept Kirk in that chair just to reduce the costs of caring for his intergallatic STD's. I bet that cleaning up after those green chicks broke the budget.
