My Blackberry is not working

I see a lot of myself in that video from when I had to keep taking my first gen iPhone back to the Apple store til I got a good one. I remember thinking how ridiculous I must look having replaced the phone something like 5 or 6 times before I got one that finally worked as expected (as advertised).

<old guy voice>You know, back in my day, we were content with blowing out the dust in our Nintendo Entertainment Systems, and if that didn't fix the problem then, oh well, try another game or another day...</old guy voice>
 
I thought this was hilarious, and sent it to my daughter. She had to ask me what 'Orange' referred to...I'm so ashamed...
 
Orange is actually a cell carrier/ISP brand overseas. Which does nothing to help the confusion of fruit names and technology brands.
