...a Logitech Formula Force GP Racing Wheel. And it is so much better than my old one.

Sturdy pedals, force-feedback, a free copy of Sports Car GT...all for only $40 after I get my rebate.

Oh YEAH!!! :leap: :D :D

Good deal. I got a mad catz wheel, not bad. I am addicted to my DTR game, hope Santa remembers DTR 2 this year. Or NASCAR 2003 would work...

Same wheel I got strides.......good wheel. Pretty good game too!! Wait till you hit the wall it almost jerks the wheel out of your hands!!:D

Ok Todd Bodine:p

:D

Tn-ward-fan DTR-2 is a great game...when you get it pm me if you want and i'll give you some links to some good setups for the game:D. Having good setups make the game 10 times more fun.

I still have the original DTR...played it for a while, than my computer got all screwy, and I drifted away from it as a result. I'm thinking I'll have to haul it out of the drawer and have another go at it. :D Besides that, I also have NASCAR Racing 2002 Season (great game) and Sports Car GT (which I haven't had a chance to try yet). I need to pick a couple of the NFS games and maybe an F1 game to help augment my collection. :p

Stridsberry can I ask where you got it at .....thats a heck of a bargan after the rebate.

I got it from http://www.amazon.com. Do a search there for "Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP".

The upfront price is $60, and if you follow the links, there's a form you print out to get a $20 rebate from Logitech.

Hope this helps.

Just so you all know, I did manage to try out Sports Car GT...and it's pretty good. The graphics are kinda bland (it is a 3-year old game), but it has realistic brake lock-up, control, and sense of speed. The big thing is, the force-feedback effects are AWESOME. Now I know why Logitech bundled that game, because EA managed to really pull of the force-feedback implementation, and Logitech wanted it to show off their wheel.
