I wouldn't want to be Sauter after this race. Mike still looks plenty pissed.

Tail end of the longest line.Give me a break.Well at least they did something to him.

He keeps that up in this series and one of the regulars is going to fix it for him.

Somebody needs to that was pure BS what he pulled.Go ahead and call me a hater Andy but I don't see how you can defend him on this one but I know you will.

Tank You TRL, Thank You!

Oh you didn't really mean Old guys, you're talking about that kid Hornaday?

I only saw that last 35 laps so I missed out on this, but I did hear his interview after the race. I so admire his racing ability, but he is straining my ability to like him as a human being. It would be much easier for me to just watch him race and not hear his interviews after the race. And I'm sure there are a lot of people like me in that respect. Whether or not he's a dirty driver is pure conjecture, and there will be people who say he is, but are fans of other drivers who are and have been considered dirty drivers. Kyle will build his own fan base, the way he wants it. But one thing is for sure these days, when Kyle gets behind someone, there will be plenty of attention paid to him. Really reminds me of another famous driver.

And like that "other driver", he has enough talent to win without having to resort to wrecking them. Another similarity is that he's totally remorseless about having put someone in the wall instead of finding a way to beat them fair and square- that appeals to some people, but not me.

Yep, Ron Hornaday has never intentionally wrecked anyone. :sarcasm:

What about the team mates going at it at the end? I saw the video on nascar.com just not an interview with either one of them.

Busch needs to be PARKED! They parked Harvick, they need to do the same for Busch.

He was penalized for "rough driving." I happened to miss what he did. I guess I walked in the other room. I did hear his interview afterward and can anyone be more of a jerk? He finished second and gave the most obnoxious interview. I wished I could have reached through the TV and slapped him a good one and told him to GROW UP!

That wreck by Skinner gets my stomach turning every time they replay it. That was scary!

And WHY did they park Harvick, and exactly how does it relate to this and should warrant the same punishment?

NASCAR was able to prove Harvick intentionally wrecked someone because Harvick said he would.

Can't defend Kyle on this one, he flat wrecked Colin Braun.

No Harvick wasn't parked for that, he was called to the NASCAR hauler for that.
He was parked because he pulled his truck over to the NASCAR hauler, parked it there and told an official if they wanted to talk to him they knew where he was and went to his motorhome. This is not a way to win friends and influence people. Havick's attitude sure changed after that when he realized NASCAR COULD AND WOULD cross series lines with their punishments.

Now they sat Jason Leflier for 5 laps at Daytona for rough driving, that would be an equal / similar punishment for the same infraction.

I also agree I'm not defending him. I posted immediately in my race thread on my board I was disappointed and felt his over aggressiveness was totally uncalled for.

What did he say in the post rae interview? I didnt watch the race, had a little Ghostbusters movie marathon because I refuse to grow up.

Braun led more laps Friday (43) than he had all season (28) -- until Busch turned to the inside and hit the right rear corner of Braun's No. 6 Ford on the 88th lap. Braun crashed into the outside wall, ending his night WATCH VIDEO.

"That was my fault," Busch said. "An error on my part."

Busch, who earlier was penalized for having too many men over the wall in his pit stall, was penalized for rough driving. He was forced to the back of the longest line of cars, putting Todd Bodine into the lead.

It lasted for just over a lap until Bodine lost control and slammed the wall WATCH VIDEO

"an error on my part" What a puke that punk is. I've never wished harm on a fellow racer but that arrogant puke needs to be walled and walled hard

There was absolutely no reason for that, an error he says what a joke. They, Na$car the lilly livered yellow belly thugs they are, should have pulled his card right then and pulled points.

The guys in the booth feed his ego by calling him rowdy and wild thing. He needs to learn respect for his fellow racers because sooner rather than later he's going to learn a painful lesson.

Do you want to go count the number of times Ron Hornaday or Todd Bodine (who a few of you Wild Thing haters are fans of) have intentionally wrecked other drivers?

Name the times that Todd has intentionally wrecked anybody.

well, at the risk of killin the dead horse..... I will say this, looked to me like Kyle went to the Brian Vickers school of drivin.....lol. But then again, I think both 'em learned it from good ole DW........ lol.... Now that was classic.......

also...... My head still hurts after seein the replays of Skinners wreck..... Man have they come a long way in safety or what???? 10 years or so ago, I think there would be flags at half mast at the speedway if that wreck had happened then.

Talking about the race is cool for me at least. It's talking about only one driver that's more than a bit tiring. ;)

I hear ya about Skinner's wreck. It was really scary looking and no matter how many times I see it, I still cringe. It did look like he'd get killed in that and w/o the safety measures, I'm afraid you're right. Thank God for those. No matter how I feel about any driver, there is no way I want to see anyone seriously hurt or God forbid, killed.
