Rumor confirmed on this one. Schrader's future is unknown, PE?

MB2 Motorsports announced Friday it has acquired sponsorship from the Army and will run driver Jerry Nadeau in the Winston Cup series next season. The sponsorship, however, covers 27 races and the Army will serve as an associate sponsor nine additional races. "MB2 Motorsports is proud to represent the Army and carry the black-and-gold colors. We have the experience and they have the discipline to make this a winning partnership," said the team's general manager, Jay Frye. Nadeau, who came up through kart racing, posted 10 top-10 finishes in 2001 with Hendrick Motorsports and won the season finale at Atlanta Motor Speedway in the 2000 season. The team currently uses the #36 with driver Ken Schrader (an M&M's). However, there was no announcement about a possible change in number.

YEAY!!! It"s finaly official! Jerry and Army in 2003!

This is great for Jerry. I think he'll have a good year, especially with the improved Pontiac design.

I'm glad to see Jerry back full-time for next year. Hopefully he can do well in 2003. Him and Johnny will make a good team.

Geez, these announcements are long overdue. And people say rumors on Jayski aren't always correct. Well, Jayski has been about a month or two ahead on this one.

Good job for Jerry Nadeau. Glad to see him in a full-time ride again. For those of you that remember, Jerry Nadeau actually drove for this team for a few races when Ernie Irvan retired, so it is not real surprise to see him make his way back to that team.

Schrader is rumored to be headed to Petree with Federated Auto Parts sponsorship.

Hear that too, but I also hear some rumblings of some type of deal with the Pedigree folks.

Seems they have agreed to continue sponsorship of some of Kenny's racing endeavours outside of Winston Cup and may consider contributing to a WC effort as well.

Could be that we will see both Federated and Pedigree colors on whatever ride Schrader lands for next season.

Pedigree is a part of the M&M's family if I recall.

Is Andy Petree racing still considering to switch to Ford's next year?

No i don't think they are switching, now that the Jimmy Johnson ownership thing is over.
Yes Pedigree is part of the M&M company
