Naked man charged with indecent exposure.........

Maybe he should think to draw the curtains. It's my understanding that downstairs has a different set of rules than upstairs. That she was crossing his lawn means nothing as he didn't have no trespassing signs out. Besides her story is different than his. She says he was standing at his carport.

If the drapes or blinds had been closed on the front windows, it wouldn't have been a problem.

If you can see someone from the front sidewalk, I don't call that having to mind your own business.

Something is not right. How close to the house was she that she could see clearly thru a window? After the first "Oh my!" she didn't turn away but kept looking and saw "it" again for a second time? She didn't try to hustle the kid away?

I think this guy or one of his roommates told her to quit cutting aross the yard and she took offense.

Police wouldn't release the incident report or the name of the mother who filed the complaint. FOX 5 has learned she is a respected member of the community, and just happens to be the wife of a Fairfax County Police officer.

I find that wording strange.

Yea I haven't seen the word WIFE in a news article in a long time.Usually they say" life partner"

:growl: I say that because of the policeman's bill of rights. I don't know if it's nationwide or not but here any case involving a cop his name, address any other identifying info is not made public. I would imagine the info on the wife, life partner if you prefer, would be covered also.

This is similar to a woman was charged with a crime the other day because she was watching a porno movie on her TV with the curtains open and there was a school about 600 feet away that could see the TV.

People, close the blinds at least!

It's not nationwide cause they release cops names here all the time.

How did she see him twice by accident? That doesn't make much sense. Maybe she got caught peeking and felt embarassed so she decided the flip it around to be his fault. That seems pretty plausable to me.

I just don't see how he can be arrested and convicted of being naked in his own home. It would be different if he was playing with himself or something, but he was making coffee.

This woman needs to quit cutting through peoples yards and looking in their houses.

I think his getting kicked out of the house had less to do with him standing by the window naked, and more with his roommates finding out he makes coffee naked when they're not around.

I don't know about you guys, but I've never had a strong ugre to make coffee in my birthday suit.

I saw a clip showing this house on the news earlier. It sits on a decent size piece of property, looks like you could put 2, maybe 3 cars nose to tail in the driveway, there's no house next door so this woman had to be really inside the property to see anything.

What the hell is wrong with that? I do it all the time but I don't open the blinds in the kitchen. Now before you all start going euwww, remember my wife has no problem with this and we are the only two who drink the coffee.

bp, no I don't have a pic. :p
