Yahoo Sports is reporting that all testing is banned --- teams may not test at any track where Cup, N'wide, or Trucks run.

That includes Daytona testing in January.

Does that mean that Rockingham will get a lot of activity.

I bet a lot of the superteams go field ARCA cars now to get notes at Kentucky and Pocono.

Surely, NASCAR doesn't expect the big teams to abide by this rule. How are they going to enforce it? Are ARCA and ASA going to block big teams from going there like IHRA did at Maryland International Raceway?

This could get fun.

The thing about most testing is they are to try out setups, not to test or experiment. They do that some, but not much. By them going to tracks not on the schedules, I'm not sure how trying out setups will work.

The well funded teams will always find a way to get an edge or work around the rules because they have the money to do so.

TWS, Rockingham, Salem, Toledo, New Jersey, and Road Atlanta are going to get busy.

You heard it here folks, Indianapolis is going to suck again next year.
agreed. I'll have to find my friend down at A&M and see if he ever hears anythign from there ;P

One of my friend's dad goes down there every blue moon, says it's gotten real run down as of late because the mazda driving school is the only thing using it now...even SCCA doesn't use it anymore apparently.
