LOUDON, N.H. - NASCAR has confiscated the right-rear shock of the No. 60 Roush Fenway Racing Ford driven by Carl Edwards. During post-race inspection Saturday at New Hampshire International Speedway, NASCAR officials had an issue with the shock and took it for further inspection.

Edwards will keep his second-place finish, but NASCAR will continue to inspect the shock and will determine penalties, if any, early next week, NASCAR spokesman Herb Branham said Saturday night.

Edwards has a comfortable 809-point lead over David Reutimann in the series standings.

He's cheating!!!! Fine him 1000 points and make him sit 4 races....
Oh, wait, he's not an HMS driver so there's no need to do anything. Y'all can move along now. Nothing to see here.
