The biggest problem isn't that teams are throwing money at drivers, it's the other way around. Look at Paul Menard and Joey Clanton.
I've done a little work, not a lot, but a little work with this type of stuff.
Teams would rather hire someone who's throwing millions of dollars at them than hire someone like Chrissy Wallace, who's shown she can drive a racecar. NASCAR team owners care about the money and the money alone.
There needs to be financial incentive set by NASCAR.
Heck, major teams decided they will have nothing to do with this. It's more important for them to find their talent at the bank line.
These cats here are more worthy of a ride than Menard.
