I couldn't believe what I was seeing when I was at Dover. Track was clear and everything looked fine, but someone was sleeping in the Nascar scoring booth. It would be sooooooo much easier if they just reverted back to the last lap before the caution. But no, that's too complimicated for Nascar to use.
