NASCAR in Alaska

Heard about this track a few weeks ago actually, didn't know it was NASCAR sanctioned though.
 
Alaska is too far and expensive for the sadly underfunded sport. Although a glorious return to Evergreen WA would be lovely!
 
Well Alaska I'm the summer means you don't need to put lights in. I'm just wondering how many drivers already had late models up there?
 
Get the NASCAR Canada series up there! (just kidding)
that track looks really cool! Too bad they could never get any touring series(of any size) to go up there. Still pretty cool
