On Monday, December 1, 2003 NASCAR in the Kitchen Week begins on Live With Regis and Kelly. LIVE is bringing the biggest and best in racing all this week to show their stuff in the kitchen. Monday begins with this year's Winston Cup Champion, Matt Kenseth. More fun in the kitchen on Tuesday, December 2, 2003 when driving great Jimmie Johnson shows Regis and Kelly one of his best recipes. The Wednesday, December 3, 2003 show welcomes Jeff Gordon, as NASCAR in the Kitchen Week continues. NASCAR in the Kitchen Week will have recipes from driving champion, Tony Stewart on Thursday, December 4, 2003. LIVE ends the week of NASCAR in the Kitchen Week fun with a visit from racing star Kevin Harvick on Friday, December 5, 2003.
 
so, they'll be cooking? Can you cook with motor oil? How manly would that be? You'd think they could do something a little more interesting with the Top 5 than have them cook.
 
Saw today's show with Kenseth, and maybe it would have been more interesting if he was cooking with motor oil cause he was BORING to listen to and watch. He's not a very interesting/exciting champion.
 
Betcha Harvick breaks a few eggs...against the wall. ^_^ Won't be his fault though...that's cookin'.

Probably would have been more exciting if he took Regis' mic from him and threw it on the ground and smashed it. I guess that works for some drivers.
 
Missed it today, but I usually watch Regis and Kelly. Jeff has been a substitute host on many occasions and is always great. Tony may be fun too, as I've enjoyed his reparte when in the broadcast booth during BGN and as a guest on other Nascar shows. Happy might be fun too! Who knows about Jimmie, but maybe with some coaching from the experienced Jeff.
 
So where's heart throb on the lineup? He still too busy trying to make out with the blonde in his rented convertible? Can he only cook on a restricted oven? Could it be that a driver somewhere is going to get publicity and that driver not be named Earnhardt? Or did the producers finally decide that there wouldn't be much interest in watching him nuke a Hot Pocket?

Didn't say they couldn't cook. Just wandering when they found time. :XXROFL:
 
When Jeff & Brooke were still together...they were able to find time to nuke Fritos & dip.

Jr can make balogna/mayo/chips sanwiches! I SAW that on a rain delay segment! :rolleyes:
 
Rather have one of them bologna burgers that Elliott Sadler makes...need to lose the onions though. The slab of meat they use in Virginia looks appetizing, unlike the stuff you find in an Oscar Meyer package.
 
Well, Jimmie Johnson made a great appearance, joked with both Regis and Kelly, and prepared Shrimp Tacos with guacomole. They looked damed good and I plan on getting that recipe!
Tomorrow, Jeff makes lasagna! :wub:
