Does anybody know this guy? He's pretty funny when he throws a tantrum.

I usually have a pretty good sense of humor but I'm not even sure that alcohol could help this clip. Nothing to do at all with NASCAR. Probably belongs somewhere else but I'm not sure that I'd class it as entertainment.
