NASCAR Jack Roush says NASCAR has never made a greater effort to create a level playing field in cup

Always comforting to know that Jack is keeping an eye on things.
 
He cried like a baby when the Taurus replaced the 'bird and nascar didn't approve his modifications.
 
Well if Jack says NASCAR is doing what they can to keep things even and admits Ford is getting beat due to engineering, I tend to believe it.

Yes, he was vocal when politicking about advantages was the norm. Funny how other owners get a pass but Jack was labeled a whiner. Oh that’s right, most other owners couldn’t tell an engine piston from a spark plug.
 
I heard this interview over the weekend . I was surprised to hear Jack say
the differences come down to the body shape. So another words its
aero where the Toyota has an advantage in his opinion.

That’s how I understood it too. Whatever they are doing it’s within the rules and their engineers are working within the tolerances given by NASCAR.
