...to four. I guess this is the Hendrick Rule after all, since that is the only team that will not be affected. For all of you with the blinders still on, this should open your eyes. Why wasn't the limit set at 3 cars, where it would be more feaseable for teams like Ganassi, Gibbs, Childress, Yates to actually field the same number of cars as Hendrick & Roush ??? This was supposedly done to make things more "fair" ??? No. It was done because Roush has owned Nascar on the track the last three years & Rick Hendrick doesn't like it. Threre is only one team this rule benefits...Hendrick Motorsports. Rick OWNS Brian France.

it does look kinda funny to me.

I also see were they announced the new testing policy for next year.

This was expected... NASCAR plans on waiting a few years and then lower the limit to 3

Rousch isn't affected...

Hendrick: owns the 5, 25, 24 (Gordon own's Jimmie's Car, Terry labonte is supposedly running his car out of his pocket, so is written in the press guide)

Rousch: owns the 97, 6, 16, 99 (Mark owns Kenseth's car)

That's the listings to the "Winners Circle" contingency prize funds which only allows an owner 2 teams to collect the extra cash. That's where the misconception that NASCAR had a 2 car limit per owner came from, when in fact NASCAR had no such rule.
As far as NASCAR goes, they can and will enforce whatever rule they impose.
