There are a bunch of us on this board that browse the web in search of NASCAR related content. Maybe you find a great place to go that you think others here may be interested in. Or, maybe you aren't quite sure where to go to get some in depth info on this sport. I'm creating this thread in hopes that we can share some of our sources for NASCAR entertainment. I'm always looking for new places to bookmark. Share some of them. It doesn't matter if you think it's obvious or not. It may not be to the next person. Occasionally I'll try to combine some of the links into categories and lists so that we might end up with a comprehensive list of links.

Any NASCAR fan is always looking for more information or NASCAR entertainment. If you don't already listen to some of the nightly shows that MRN produces then head to their archives. All of their past shows are on there that can be listened to for free. It's under the MEDIA CENTER - SHOW ARCHIVES section. They even have some classic races on there to listen to. Great place to browse if you have time.

Aside from here, MRN is my other choice for getting NASCAR info (pretty much avoid NASCAR.com). Thanks for the tip, I hadn't looked too deep into the site.

www.jayski.com is the first place I go for nascar news. I like how he has kept the website simple through the years.

www.motorsport.com is where I go to look at photos. They have photos of just about any of the main racing series.

http://www.stitcher.com/ I like to listen to racing radio shows sometimes and if you download the stitcher app you can listen to tons of podcasts. I got hooked on listening to the Car Talk show on NPR and listen to that quite a bit as well.

http://www.tvracer.com/ This is a go to every day to see what racing is on for the weekend.

http://www.youtube.com/user/racermac1988/videos?sort=dd&view=0&flow=grid This guy has tons of racing videos, from short track racing, to nascar. One of my favorite youtube places.

http://www.stevehardin.com/virtual-tours.htm This isn't NASCAR, but if you like to look at photos of short tracks, he has some good ones to waste some time on.

yankeeracer.com A lot of local stuff but, does have some info about National series, the Modifieds, and some good in depth stories

I pretty much only go to Racing-Reference, NBCSN, ESPN.com, MRN and Jayski.

I avoid NASCAR.com like the plague.

For short tracks, aside from RACE22 ;), I go to Speed51 and thefourthturn.com.

Those are some handy sites dpk. Thanks. I'm sure I'll be putting them to good use

Yeah, I had thought we might get some more useful links on here but it's tough to have people give up their sources of info I guess.

At some point I'll create a post with all of them in some sort of order so they'll be easier to find.

Ill tell you what. Ever since NASCAR.com overhauled their site, it's gone to hell. Their iOS mobile site is junk. Half the time the video links only upload the advertisements. My iPhone 4S can't even process the amount of crap on it without crashing. It's nye impossible to navigate on mobile and desktop.

Their mobile app is a tad better. I just use this forum & several NASCAR and Motorsports "likes" on Facebook that keep me posted.
