It's going to be a long offseason, so why not post some driver tweets while we wait.

Darrell Waltrip@AllWaltrip
best practical joke, put a T in front of 1DE on Dale's airplane, T1DE he got really mad, we all thought it was funny, not him!

I'm the only guy who doesn't 'get' Twitter. The 'signal to noise' ratio is too low.

You need to follow the right people, and group them based on signal vs noise. Example. @mw55 and @allwaltrip are 90% noise, so they sit in their own folder until something big happens.

I'm with you. I have no need to see every single though that someone has. About the only things/people I follow are ones that post quick results of whatever races I'm not it, along with maybe some important updates.

Yeah I had to stop following DW and Kenny Wallace too much crap.

I've created and deleted accounts at least a half dozen times. It's easy to say, 'Follow the right people'. It's harder to find them, especially when my definition of 'right' is 'posts mostly about his or her area of expertise, and not a lot of personal content and links to other people I don't care about'.

But it's not just racing; I can't find anyone I want to follow in other areas of interest (network administration, birdwatching, etc.). It doesn't help that I have nothing to say, at least nothing I consider worth editing down to fit the 140-character limit.

It's almost 100% nascar for me, drivers and media.

Looks like you too can have a Keselowski Victory Lane glass of beer soon.

We hear you, @keselowski fans, and we're getting a Miller Time Team Championship commemorative glass to give away. Stay tuned!

That is sad. No one should have to bury a child.

This is the guy from Newman's crew that got fined for the altercation with KuBu at Darlington.

For those of you in the area today.....

@ClintBowyer Here's your champion folks!
Last year he peed in his car. How the hell did he make it thru the chase?

I suspect these guys pee in the car on a semi-regular basis, especially on colder days when they don't sweat as much.

I recall a Watkins Glen race a few years ago when the announcers reported Tony Stewart wasn't feeling and had stomach trouble. He wasn't doing well for the first half or so, but then suddenly started doing much better and went on to win. I also recall they did the post-race interview with him seated in the car. Do the math.

barry d:

It's like peeing in the bed to stay warm, it just doesn't last.

Who did that guy last CC for?
Darryl W?

Interesting tidbit: Although Dodge left @nascar Dodge reps attended every meeting on G6 cars, even after they pulled out. @nascaronfox

Sounds like Dodge plans to get back in quickly.

@dennyhamlin

The Gibbs boys sure are quick......with the excuses. I still remember the time Denny left his wheel loose and crashed a fast car coming out for his Q run. He was miming to his crew how he had tugged on the wheel and everything before driving off. Then they showed the video of him putting the wheel on and driving off into the grass without ever checking to be sure it was secure.
