Eight-teen picks made so far.

Keep them cards and letters coming boys and girls . . .

Except for two players who declined to make a pick, all of the picks are in.

I'll post the complete list of picks later today.

Me thinks there's going to be a borderline consensus pick amongst us this week.

Guess I screwed up. Went with The Austin.

Figured the folks preppin’ the car didn’t wanna face the wrath of the family by givin’ him another defective attempt at figurin’ out what Penske’s folks are doin’ with the truck arm mounts.

First time I haven't consulted The Decision Genie prior to pickin'.

Oh goodie........

Dillon.1 is all the way up to 23rd in practice.

This week's balloting found Ricky Stenhouse Jr. to be a runaway winner in the popular vote with 8 players choosing him to continue his record of doing well at Bristol.

Matt DiBenedetto was also a popular pick for this week's race and as it turns out, 6 of the top 8 players in the standings picked either Stenhouse or DiBenedetto.

Called it lol

Hope he runs well now

As DW screams "Oh my god look at that mess in turn two on lap two. The 17, 32 and 34 all wadded up". :D

Ricky Stenhouse just hit the wall in practice this morning. :D

Damn, if he's forced to go to a back-up car and start at the rear of the pack he'll have to find a way to somehow get past Derrike Cope.

13th.

Couldah been worse.
It was for me. That was some piss-poor race coverage. Cassill was running decent and why they took no tires, I'll never know. They didn't even say how and why Cassill got 40 laps down.

I'm happy with DiBenedetto finishing 19th. I figure that is close to a wash versus the guys picking Stenhouse, who was 9th. Both choices turned out pretty good, IMO. Trevor Bayne was an inspired pick.

If I recall twitter suspension issue

Today's race at Bristol may have been one of the best races of the year but the results had virtually no impact on the top of the Pick 'Em standings except for tightening things up a bit as a mere three points is now the difference between 1st and 3rd place.

Congrats to the 8 players who picked the driver of the 17 car as Ricky Stenhouse Jr. ran strong all day and had the best finish (9th place) of all drivers picked.

After once again experiencing a short lived escape from the bottom of the standings upon my belated entry into the game, @Fordracing7 is again resting comfortably in the cellar as I've decided to leave well enough alone and wait until next year to be an active participant. Then again, the fact that my Bristol pick, Brad Keselowski, finished 30 some laps  behind Derrike Cope may have had some impact on my decision.
