The deadline for submittal of picks for the next race is Friday, May 4th, noon Eastern time.

All players have submitted a timely pick and, interestingly, although the results from the first practice at Dover were posted approximately a half hour prior to the pick deadline, only one player appears to have possibly used that info in making his pick.

I'll have the complete list of picks posted shortly.

The NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series finds itself at the Monster Mile, otherwise known as Dover International Speedway, where the AAA 400 Drive for Autism will be held Sunday afternoon.

Daniel Suarez, driving the #19 car as part of the Joe Gibbs Racing stable of drivers, is this week's most popular driver, selected by six players. Chase Elliott in the #9 car was selected by five players while Aric Almirola in the #10 car was selected by four.
Good luck to all and thanks for participating.

Only one to pick Bowman, what will happen this time to fall from further behind

Hope so.. he's had some good runs here and done great in Xfinity.. only driver with three consecutive wins.
I know I'm geting called on this, I'm not a Joey fan per say, but I think this team has found something. They seem to be a lot better than last year, they were way off especially last part of the season.

Haven't had winning cars really but they're close. Top ten all but one race so far.

Harvick...do not know how to vote or play these types of things. Accidently won a jack pot yesterday by apparently picking the correct horse at the Derby...told the gang I picked Justify, since no one would tell me how the thing works.

Won a whopping $300...if the supposed favorite would have won...they would have paid out $50 to each person who picked...I was the only one to pick Justify.

What a coincidence, the late entry fee for the Pick 'Em game just happens to be . . . . .

just kidding, of course :p

Went for a home run hoping Chase would get the W so I could get back in this thing and got a 12th. Can’t have that happen with an A driver. Onto Kansas bummed.

Good day for the board

A good day for the board, indeed.

Congrats to a great many as eight players picked a top five finishing driver while a total of twelve players picked a driver that finished in the top ten.

The top finishing pick was Daniel Suarez, who finished third in the AAA 400 Drive for Autism, meaning this week's "Highest Finishing Pick" award was shared by myself, @Ashstrodamus, @Brentford, @Mr Excitement, @ChexOrWrex, and @Greg.

In addition to having the best finishing pick, @ChexOrWrex and @Greg also had the most upward movement in the standings, each moving up four spots and now threatening to advance through the top twenty in the standings.

Continuing to maintain a season-long presence near the top of the standings, @Blake Hylton remained in the standings lead when his pick of Chase Elliott finished 12th.

And although the "Wiping Up the Rear" award did not find a home this week, @Stewart Fan took the biggest hit when his selection of Paul Menard finished in 34th place, thereby dropping @Stewart Fan nine spots in the standings to 29th place. Over the last three races, @Stewart Fan has dropped a total of fifteen spots in the standings.

ouch
