Well I am starting off 2019 good, forgot to get my pick in, sigh.....
omg I wanted to wait.....I forgot too
Only 1 more point than @DUN24Just a reminder to anyone still interested in playing or who might have had a brain cramp and forgot to submit a pick for Daytona . . .
. . . there's still time to get in and still be competitive as you'll get 41 points for the first race of the season.

No more bump threads? Awesome! If people forget to make picks, that's their own fault.
Well we'll break that big 6th place tie up this week. Me and @LewTheShoe will still be tied though. The 2019 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series marks week two at Atlanta Motor Speedway with the running of the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 this Sunday.
The number of game players increased by four this week to a record total of 36 with the addition of returning players @DanicaFreak and @jws926 along with rookie players @acmerocket and @REBS31.
Picks for the Atlanta race were made from across the driver groups with "A Group" driver Brad Keselowski (picked by 5 players) being the most popular followed by "B Group" driver Ryan Newman and "C Group" driver Parker Kligerman each picked by four players.
Good luck to all and thanks for participating.

No one asked for your input! I'm kidding.'cept for the fact that your post was made about a half hour before the pick deadline . . . .
somewhere far south of 6th place if the first practice is any indication of what to expect come Sunday . . . .
The 48 came through big time today
On the flip side @aunty dive took the year's first "Wiping Up the Rear" award when his pick, Michael McDowell, finished dead last, thereby dropping the game's 2017 champion 26 spots in the standings to 32nd place.

You were the 2017 winner in our hearts.Snappy, Schmappy ...
My anxiety is starting to subside. Sometimes running a C pays off and sometimes it doesn't.
I tried to deposit that at the bank. You were the 2017 winner in our hearts.

I think having Newman with his engineering abilities will do more for RFR than Kenseth or Stenhouse could. His feedback would be more informative for the engineers who work with the CC. If unlike RCR they listen to him they could find a better starting point for their setups and then adjust to the different drivers.Stenhouse Jr. started on the front row. I'm very dissapointed I only got an 18th place finish out of him. It could've been worse, but it looks to me like Roush could be trending upwards.
