Has anyone ever finished last with all 36 races picked (zero no-picks)?

To the best of my knowledge, the game has existed on this board since 2014 and was run by @KevinWI from 2014 thru 2016, so I can't answer that question for those years.

In 2017 @Simple Fan finished last (18th place) with one "no-pick" as he didn't get into the game until the second race of the year.

In 2018 @DanicaFreak finished last (24th place) with two "no-picks" during the middle of the season.

Of those who have made a pick for every race during the season, the player with the highest (worst) average points per race in 2017 was @AdoubleU24 with an average of 19.5 points per race.

In 2018 that distinction was shared by @Greg and @Snappy D with an average of 19.6 points per race.

Although you have quality drivers left in your stable for the five remaining races, you have an opportunity this year to sh*t the bed unlike it's ever been done in the last several years. :D

It's just my opinion, but I think you are using the word "last" in the wrong way. @superchuck500 can't be last this year, as he is still in the race while several others have already recorded DNF's. There were 36 or more at the green flag (Daytona 500). And the same thing happened in every prior year... @Simple Fan and @DanicaFreak were merely the last ones still running at the checkers...:dual9mm:

You know, as I opened the thread I was thinking about finding something suitable for tomorrow.

Yours was the second or third post I saw. It was like déjà vu all over again.

I've been running the numbers and discovered my performance is better on weeks when the dog pic has been posted on Friday's after 9am.

I look forward to tomorrow's selection :)

Love the analogy.

But because the question from @superchuck500 made reference to "all 36 races" I simply looked at players who participated in the game until the last race, that is those who were still running at the end.

Dunno how else to address what he was asking about.

Snuck that puppy in before the deadline.

Vince Piggins would be proud.

Kansas 1 I was 30th 131 points back....now I'm 10th 116 points back lol.....less of a slide I guess

Driver picks for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway.

Joey Logano and Martin Truex Jr. are the most popular picks, each having been selected by four players. Seven other drivers were each selected by two players.

Having missed making a pick for the Talladega race, @Johali now finds himself in a position where it's unlikely that he'll be able to achieve his goal of finishing in the top ten in the standings and has withdrawn from the game.
Thanks for participating, fellers.

Don’t you come sunshine on my parade!

Doesn't look like @AdoubleU24 and I will be gaining any ground on @Clutch this week.

Just trying to stay within striking distance, say 80 points or less, heading into the last four races when @Clutch will be left with drivers such as Bilicki, Cassill, Gase, LaJoie, Ragan, and Smithley.

So much for that idea.

Bubba Wallace muttering "You picked a fine time to leave me, loose wheel" as he headed to the showers after the race.

Congrats to @Michfan and @Snappy D for taking this week's "Highest Finishing Pick" award as their pick, Chase Elliott, finished second in the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway.

Congrats to @Conover and @Snappy D for having the most upward movement in the standings. They each moved up six spots.

Finally, congrats once again to @Clutch who has now held onto the top of the leader board for 24 consecutive races. With four races remaining, @Clutch has increased his lead over second place, held by @AdoubleU24, to 78 points while @Elliott_Fan_9 continues his move toward the top by taking over third place in the standings.

That bit about his withdrawal from the game was just a little b.s. on my part.

After he missed making a pick for Talladega he sent me a message that he was seriously ill but asked me to keep it under my hat.

The game, and the board, has felt somewhat hollow since then.
