The NASCAR Cup Series, as well as the NASCAR 2021 Pick 'Em game, gets ever closer to determining its season champion with the running of the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway.

The game's most popular driver pick is Chase Elliott, selected by four players.

Chris Buescher and Parker Kligerman were each selected by three.

Congrats to @Snappy D, @LewTheShoe, @Greg, and @superchuck500 for taking the "Highest Finishing Pick" award thanks to the second place finish by their pick, Chase Elliott, in the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway.

The finish by Elliott also enabled @Greg to snag the "Most Upward Movement" award, moving him up five notches in the standings and putting him in the top ten once again.

Meanwhile, at the top of the board all hell is breaking loose as @Snappy D rode Elliott's finish to first place in the standings, with @Michfan hanging onto second (5 points back) and @Turtle84 slipping from first to third (8 points back).

Not to be entirely overlooked in their pursuit of the game's championship are @Conover (22 points back) and @LewTheShoe (24 points back).

With two races remaining, and taking into account the drivers that each of those five players has left in their respective stable, it looks like the championship trophy won't be suitable for engraving until after the final race.

Place your bets gentlemen.

One would think that a silver forked born and birth-righted into an actual food item could do better.

I wonder how much money he gets every time somebody orders the Alfredo at the Olive Garden?
It make sense though, If I had a buttered up brother named Fettuccine I would think I was the chosen fork that should be driving the cars .
