Well Boys, this week I'm gonna fall on the sword*...watch me fall.

*select the least successful driver I have left

"NASCAR Pick 'Em" pick checklist:

1) Check "Drivers Used" spreadsheet to identify remaining unused drivers

2) Check same spreadsheet to identify remaining unused drivers of significant other players

3) Throw dart and hope for the best

4) Note that the odds of hitting Timmy Hill are extremely remote

The Briscoe pick by @Truex_rox is ineligible due to the driver having been previously used for the spring Phoenix race. :owquitit:

If only Hamlin and that Jones boy could take each other out of the race, @aunty dive and @ol'whatshisname just might be able to move up a few spots.

I went with Austin Cindric because I wanted to use a driver named Austin for the third straight week.

Lots of racing left.

I saved Hamlin all year for tonight specifically and this is how it works out for me…

How about that Jones Boy! Needed that performance badly. Despite our lead the crew chief is telling me we’re two laps short on fuel. Lots of race left. Need some good runs and luck the rest of the way.

Congratulations to @kkfan91, the recipient of the "Highest Finishing Pick" award following the second place finish of his pick, Tyler Reddick, in the Cook Out Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway.

With nine races remaining in the Cup season, the drive towards the game's championship continues to be a hard fought battle as the four players at the top of the standings attempt to break away from the rest of the field.

After being humbled with a 35th place finishing pick at Daytona, current standings leader @Conover rebounded by picking, Eric Jones, the third place finisher at Darlington while @kkfan91 and @Mr. E maintained their draft of @Conover with their picks of Reddick and Jones, respectively.

The fourth driver in the apparent break away, @JJ_14, lost some ground with his pick of 12th place Austin Cindric while @antman12 barely hung onto his spot in the Top Five club when his pick, Joey Logano, finished 20th.

The "Most Upward Movement" award was shared by @Clutch and @Magicmiler when they moved up four spots in the standings, and lost no ground to the standings leader, thanks to the third place finish of Eric Jones.

A six position drop in the standings by @RayinTX was cause for him to be awarded the "Slipping and Sliding" award but the presentation of awards to him didn't stop there.

The last place finish of Josh Berry, picked by both @RayinTX and @Head423, enabled each of them to take possession of the "Wiping Up the Rear" award, which made an appearance for the second consecutive race.
