NASCAR purchasing ARCA

I read that NASCAR purchased ARCA and that ARCA will be turned into the K & N Pro Series.
Is that the facts ?
I live near Salem Speedway and they have their two ARCA dates this year but will those dates be turned into K & N Pro Series events or will those dates be taken away from Salem Speedway.
What are the nearest tracks to Salem Speedway that are currently scheduling K & N Pro Series events.
Does K & N Pro Series have plans to create a series in this general region, Indiana, Ky, Ohio, Illinois , Tenn.?
