Quotes from Dale Earnhardt Jr. / Driver, #8 Budweiser Chevrolet

About the debut of the Car of Tomorrow this weekend at Bristol:
"I'm not sure anyone is looking forward to Bristol. (laughs) The number of unknowns is through the roof with the Car of Tomorrow, but it's the same for everybody. We'll all learn how the new car is going to work and what unexpected issues pop up. I can say the track and the racing will be the same. It's a bumpy, rough track and when you finish 500 laps there, you feel like you've been in the ring with Mike Tyson — the young, bad-ass Mike Tyson. The track is so rough, it will beat you up even when you're running alone, like a hammer to your organs. But you throw in 42 other cars, and it's like a cage match. You can't go anywhere or make a move without running into something or someone. I think that may be a big key: who can take care of their car for the full distance. Who can survive without finding the weak link in these new cars may be the last man standing at the end. Luckily, I'm running the Busch race on Saturday, so my guys and I will probably be too busy running back-and-forth to worry about it all."
